Exam boards and private candidates

Private candidates are considered the most complex of candidates to work with. As often schools and college use their year system to verify course work along with providing ID for their exam candidates.
In the summer of 2021 the full scale of the lack of opportunities for the increasingly popular pathway of private candiates has been revealed.
Schools, colleges and exam centres all refused to take exam candidates who they didnt have a previous relationship with. While exam boards scabbled to allow flexbility in the who can accept private candidates.
This year, Ofqual released their private candidate statistics. Which are below. While a growing percentage of exam candidates will be private in the future .CUrrently it is less than 5 percent on the data we have been given.
It is our prediction is correct where over 10 percent of A level and GCSE candidates are considered private candidates. There needs to a tide change in the way private candidates are treated.
